How can I exchange a product?

We have a standard 14-day exchange and return policy for new products.

If the replacement product is more expensive than the product being exchanged, be prepared to pay the difference according to the instructions. - Purchase "Product Exchange" from our online store, which costs €3.50. This includes the shipping costs and supplies for the new product. If necessary, pay the difference for the more expensive product to our account.
