Before placing an order, please familiarize yourself with our terms of use. We sell products to adults, both private individuals and businesses. By ordering from our online store, you accept the terms of distance selling as stipulated by law and commit to adhering to them. The prices of the products include value-added tax. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
ORDERING
Products are primarily ordered on the online store's order page. Here's how it works: Move the desired products to the shopping cart, accept the terms of use, proceed to checkout to make a payment, fill in your contact information on the order page, choose a payment method, and proceed to the payment service by clicking the 'Complete order' button. You will be directed to the payment service, where the purchase is finalized securely.
If ordering through the online store does not work for some reason, you can contact us via chat, by email info@taika-korut.fi or by phone (+358-400-499845). If your payment method is interrupted, please contact us. You will receive instructions for completing the payment from our customer service.
To place an order, you need an email address, as we will send you order-related information via email. The online store will automatically send you an order confirmation after receiving your order, which includes the details of your order. Always check the details in the order confirmation. If you notice any corrections needed in your order details or contact information, please contact us immediately by email.
All customer information is handled confidentially.
CAMPAIGN- AND DISCOUNT CODES
TAIKA Helsinki occasionally uses campaign and discount codes. The campaign and discount code should be entered in the 'Discount Code' section on the checkout page before completing the order payment. The following rules apply to campaign and discount codes: 1) Only one campaign and discount code per order 2) The final total price with the discount will be displayed in the order before payment is made. 3) Campaign and discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
PAYMENT AND PAYMENT METHODS
The payment intermediary and service provider is Paytrail Oyj (business ID 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and financial institutions.Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payee on your bank statement or card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant, which is us. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license.Payment options include online bank payments, card payments, mobile payment methods, Collector invoice, and installment payments. ORDER- AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation via email, which will include your order details. Receiving the order confirmation requires you to provide an email address when placing the order. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately. Keep the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always have your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products listed in the order confirmation.

DELIVERY OF ORDERS AND SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs include postage and packaging fees. You can see the exact shipping costs after selecting your preferred payment and delivery methods for the order. At checkout, you can choose the delivery method that suits you best, along with the exact shipping cost displayed.
Products in stock are usually shipped within 1-2 business days after we have received the payment for the order. If necessary, we will contact you by email regarding exceptional or changed delivery times.

Contact us if you would like us to deliver to a country that is currently not possible.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or for any indirect damages resulting from delays. The online store will inform on its pages about exceptional delivery times.
RETURN POLICY
You have a 14-day right of return. The product to be returned must be unused and resalable. The customer pays the postage. Before returning, please contact us for further instructions: asiakaspalvelu(at)taika-korut.fi
If you return your order, the shipping costs will be refunded according to our cheapest delivery option, meaning you will only pay the difference between the cheapest delivery option and the delivery method you selected. If you return part of your order, shipping costs will not be refunded. If you return part of your order and the final value of your order no longer meets the free shipping threshold, the normal shipping costs for your selected delivery method will be charged, deducted from the refund amount.
Return of promotional products: If the promotional conditions are no longer met at the time of the product return, any promotional product/gift included must also be returned. The promotional product or gift to be returned must be unused. If the customer wishes to keep the promotional product/gift/order gift, the normal price of the product will be charged. In this case, the promotional product/gift/order gift does not need to be returned.
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise match your order, you must report the error in writing to Taika Helsinki within 14 days.
EXCHANGE POLICY
You have a 14-day right to exchange.
- Contact our customer service and let us know which product you would like to exchange for. If the replacement product is more expensive than the product being exchanged, be prepared to pay the difference according to the instructions. If the replacement product is cheaper, we will refund the difference to your chosen payment method.
- Purchase the "Product Exchange" from our online store, which costs €3.50. This includes the shipping costs for the new product. If necessary, pay the difference for the more expensive product to our account.
- Send the product to be exchanged to us in its original packaging and protected, for example, in a bubble envelope.
- We will send the new product as soon as the item arrives to us.
Unclaimed package
Not claiming a package is not the same as a return or cancellation. We will charge €10 for an unclaimed package.
