Shipping policy

Shipping costs include postage and packaging. The exact shipping cost is shown after you have selected your preferred payment and delivery methods. At checkout, you can choose the delivery option that suits you best, and the exact shipping fee will be displayed alongside it.

Products that are in stock are usually shipped within 1–2 business days after we have received your payment. If there are any exceptional or changed delivery times, we will contact you by email if necessary.

DELIVERY WITHIN FINLAND

We use PostNord and Posti (Finnish Postal Service) for deliveries. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

DELIVERY TO POSTNORD PICK-UP POINT

We deliver your order to the PostNord parcel locker or pick-up point of your choice. Delivery time is 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been packed. When the parcel arrives, you will receive a notification by text message. Please collect your parcel promptly, as PostNord stores parcels for 7 days only, after which they are returned to us. A fee of 10€ will be charged for uncollected parcels.

DELIVERY TO POSTI PICK-UP POINT

We deliver your order to the Posti parcel locker or pick-up point of your choice. Delivery time is 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been packed. When the parcel arrives, you will receive a notification by text message. Please collect your parcel promptly, as Posti stores parcels for 5 days only, after which they are returned to us. A fee of 10€ will be charged for uncollected parcels.

Shipping fee: 6.90€.

POSTI SMALL PARCEL (XXS) – Delivery to Mailbox

Posti delivers your order directly to your mailbox. Delivery time is approximately 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been packed.

Shipping fee: 6,50€

PICK-UP

Pick-up from Espoo, Nuottalahti is available. The pick-up time must be agreed in advance with customer service.

Shipping fee 7.90€. We deliver your order to the DPD parcel locker of your choice. Free shipping on orders over 99€.

Sweden, Denmark
Shipping fee 9.90€. We deliver your order to a PostNord or GLS parcel locker of your choice. Free shipping on orders over 99€.

Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia
Shipping fee 9.90€. We deliver your order to a GLS parcel locker of your choice. Free shipping on orders over 99€.

Spain, Portugal
Shipping fee 12.90€. We deliver your order to a GLS parcel locker of your choice. Free shipping on orders over 99€.

Ireland
Shipping fee 16.90€. We deliver your order to a GLS parcel locker of your choice. Free shipping on orders over 99€.

Other EU countries
Shipping fee 18€. We deliver your order to a GLS parcel locker. Free shipping on orders over 110€.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE EUROPE

We also ship outside Europe, including the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping fee is 25€ for orders up to 49€.
Shipping fee is 19€ for orders of 50€ or more.
Free shipping on orders of 200€ or more.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or for any indirect damages caused by delays. The online store will inform customers on the website about any exceptional delivery times.
