How can I track my shipment?

You will need a postal tracking number, which you can find in the delivery confirmation we sent you.
How can I exchange a product?
Did you order the wrong size product and would you like to exchange it for another size or color? It's okay, it happens to us all.
We have a standard 14-day exchange and return policy for new products.
Product exchange:
- Contact our customer service and tell us which product you would like to exchange for. If the replacement product is of higher value than the product being exchanged, please be prepared to pay the difference as instructed. If the replacement product is cheaper, we will refund the difference to your payment method.
- Buy a "Product Exchange" from our online store, which costs €3.50. This includes shipping costs and accessories for the new product. If necessary, pay the difference for the more expensive product to our account.
- Send the product to be replaced to us in its original packaging and protected, e.g. in a bubble bag.
- We will send a new product as soon as the jewelry arrives at our store.
How can I return the product?
Product return:
- Please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the shipment. You will receive the necessary instructions.
- Send the product back in its original packaging and protected, e.g. in a bubble bag.
- Once we receive the jewelry, we will refund the purchase amount to the payment method you used. This usually takes 2-3 banking days.
