Rose quartz is a delicate pink gemstone, with shades ranging from almost translucent to soft pink. Pink rose quartz looks beautiful especially against fair skin and pairs well with silver-toned details.
Rose quartz is known as the stone of the heart and love. It is said to bring gentleness, peace, and love to its wearer.
The bracelet features a steel decorative element to which you can add your own short text. The engraving can be, for example, a name, a date, an important word, or a short power phrase.
Add engraving & your own text
You can add an engraving to one, two, or three sides.
Write the desired texts in the text fields above. A maximum of 15 characters fits in one engraving. You can also leave the text fields blank if you do not want an engraving. The font size is determined by the longest text.
Easy to use
Thanks to the flexible yet durable bracelet, the bracelet is easy to put on and take off. You just slip the bracelet on and off your wrist - no separate, cumbersome clasp is needed.
The bracelet is available in three different sizes:
- small (approx. 18 cm)
- medium (approx. 20 cm)
- large (approx. 22 cm)
Note! Genuine rose quartz is a natural stone with natural variations in color or shade. Each piece of jewelry is its own unique beauty.
How can I track my shipment?
You can track the progress of your package on the Posti website"shipment tracking".
You will need a postal tracking number, which you can find in the delivery confirmation we sent you.
How can I exchange a product?
Did you order the wrong size product and would you like to exchange it for another size or color? It's okay, it happens to us all.
We have a standard 14-day exchange and return policy for new products.
Product exchange:
- Contact our customer service and tell us which product you would like to exchange for. If the replacement product is of higher value than the product being exchanged, please be prepared to pay the difference as instructed. If the replacement product is cheaper, we will refund the difference to your payment method.
- Buy a "Product Exchange" from our online store, which costs €3.50. This includes shipping costs and accessories for the new product. If necessary, pay the difference for the more expensive product to our account.
- Send the product to be replaced to us in its original packaging and protected, e.g. in a bubble bag.
- We will send a new product as soon as the jewelry arrives at our store.
How can I return the product?
Product return:
- Please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the shipment. You will receive the necessary instructions.
- Send the product back in its original packaging and protected, e.g. in a bubble bag.
- Once we receive the jewelry, we will refund the purchase amount to the payment method you used. This usually takes 2-3 banking days.
