Care for silver dangling earrings

The best result is achieved by choosing the so-called rhodium-plated earring, where the silver is practically tarnish-free and retains its original hue (the hue is the same as that of white gold, whose surface is also rhodium). Rhodium increases the price of the stud earring by only about 10%, but at the same time, you gain long-lasting ease of use. Rhodium is equally safe, if not safer, than silver in terms of allergies. Since silver is one of the lightest metals, our earrings do not stretch the earlobe. Avoid heavy earrings for the aforementioned reason.

You can add extra flair by choosing a silver dangling earring combined with rose gold or yellow gold. This is referred to as a so-called two-tone earring. A two-tone piece is easy to pair with, for example, a watch or necklace in rose gold or yellow gold tones, making it versatile. Two-tone design also adds more personality to the earrings. The thickness of the gold plating is about 2 microns, depending on the model, which gives the plating a long lifespan.
