How can I exchange a product?
Did you order the wrong size product and would like to exchange it for a different size or color? That's okay, it happens to all of us.
We have a standard 14-day exchange and return policy for new products.

If the replacement product is more expensive than the product being exchanged, be prepared to pay the difference according to the instructions. - We will send the new product as soon as the jewelry arrives to us.
