Arctica Spirit combines the power of northern nature with a clean, bright aesthetic. The name comes from the word Arctica, which refers to the Arctic region – a cold, barren, and at the same time incredibly beautiful environment where light refracts on icy surfaces and nature shapes the landscape over time.
Spirit, on the other hand, represents the spirit, soul and inner strength. It brings depth to the ring: it is not just an external shape, but a symbol that carries the power and energy of nature.
The ring's sculptural surface reflects the ruggedness of Arctic ice and the unpredictability of nature, while its bright glow creates a calm and dignified impression. Arctica Spirit is a tribute to the resilience and beauty of the northern spirit.

- We care for the environment and use recycled materials whenever possible.
- We strive to minimize packaging waste. Therefore, we pack the products in a way that is sustainable for transportation but consumes as little of nature as possible. If you want to give the jewelry as a gift, you can optionally purchase a gift box with our logo and a gift bag.
- The jewelry is made in accordance with the principles of the RJC (Responsible Jewellery Council), which take into account human rights, workers' rights, health, safety, and the environment.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We aim to ship orders no later than the next business day after the order is placed.
Shipping fee:
- Free shipping on orders over €99 directly to your home or to your desired address (small package via post)
- €2.90 for orders valued between €59 - €99

How can I track my shipment?

You will need a tracking code, which you will find on the shipping confirmation we send you.
How can I exchange a product?
Did you order the wrong size product and would like to exchange it for a different size or color? That's okay, it happens to all of us.
We have a standard 14-day exchange and return policy for new products.
Product exchange:
- Contact our customer service and let us know which product you would like to exchange for. If the replacement product is more expensive than the product being exchanged, be prepared to pay the difference according to the instructions. If the replacement product is cheaper, we will refund the difference to your chosen payment method.
- Purchase "Product Exchange" from our online store, which costs €3.50. This includes the shipping costs and supplies for the new product. If necessary, pay the difference for the more expensive product to our account.
- Send the product to be exchanged to us in its original packaging and protected, for example, in a bubble wrap.
- We will send the new product as soon as the jewelry arrives to us.
How can I return a product?
Product return:
- Please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your shipment. You will receive the necessary instructions.
- Send the product back in its original packaging and protected, for example, in a bubble wrap bag.
- Once the item reaches us, we will refund the purchase amount to your chosen payment method. This usually takes 2-3 business days.
