Golden and Silver Cordell Chains

The Cordell chain is a twisted chain model, also known as the Rope chain. One variation of the Cordell chain is the Prince of Wales chain. Cordell consists of uniform links, each connected to two other links at a time. The connection can be tight or looser, which significantly changes the appearance of the chain.

The special connection of the links gives the chain a natural twist. The twist reflects light exceptionally well, making the Cordell chain one of the brightest types of chains.

Usage: Thinner chains as pendant chains, thicker ones as necklaces. More loosely linked models, e.g. Prince of Wales, at its best as a necklace.
