Add personalization to your gift with your desired text. We will make a high-quality engraving on the pendant with a precise laser engraver.
The pendant with the text works as a necklace when worn with a chain, but at its best it is combined with another small pendant, for example. You can also attach the pendant to your old necklace.

Engraving
The price includes engraving on the front. You can also add engraving on the back (background is an additional charge). Short text and words can be engraved more prominently than long text or words. Note: No pictures or emojis.
Delivery time
We do engraving on certain days, so the delivery time for engraved jewelry is longer than normal, approximately 2-5 business days. Please note that engraved jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned.

What is laser engraving?
Laser engraving is done with a powerful laser that removes a small amount of the metal surface from the engraving area. It is not just "painting".
The engraved area is dark - but not completely black. Laser also differs from conventional mechanical engraving in that the boundaries are very precise and smaller details can be seen.
The final engraving and the visibility of the engraving on the jewelry may differ slightly from the images on the product page due to technical reasons. The images on the product page are therefore indicative.

What if I don't want gift wrapping?
The jewelry does not automatically come with a box, as we strive to minimize packaging waste. We package the products in a way that is sustainable for transportation, but consumes as little nature as possible, e.g. in a soft bag.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Posti delivery time is approximately 1-4 days, depending on the selected delivery method.

Delivery fee:
- Free delivery for orders over €99 directly to your home or to the address of your choice (small postal package).
- €2.90 for orders between €59 and €99

How can I track my shipment?
You can track the progress of your package on the Posti website"shipment tracking".
You will need a postal tracking number, which you can find in the delivery confirmation we sent you.
How can I exchange a product?
Did you order the wrong size product and would you like to exchange it for another size or color? It's okay, it happens to us all.
We have a standard 14-day exchange and return policy for new products.
Product exchange:
- Contact our customer service and tell us which product you would like to exchange for. If the replacement product is of higher value than the product being exchanged, please be prepared to pay the difference as instructed. If the replacement product is cheaper, we will refund the difference to your payment method.
- Buy a "Product Exchange" from our online store, which costs €3.50. This includes shipping costs and accessories for the new product. If necessary, pay the difference for the more expensive product to our account.
- Send the product to be replaced to us in its original packaging and protected, e.g. in a bubble bag.
- We will send a new product as soon as the jewelry arrives at our store.
How can I return the product?
Product return:
- Please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the shipment. You will receive the necessary instructions.
- Send the product back in its original packaging and protected, e.g. in a bubble bag.
- Once we receive the jewelry, we will refund the purchase amount to the payment method you used. This usually takes 2-3 banking days.
