Before placing an order, please familiarize yourself with our delivery terms. We sell products to adults, both private individuals and businesses. By ordering from our online store, you accept the terms of distance selling set by law and commit to adhering to them. The prices of the products include value-added tax. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.

ORDERING

Products are primarily ordered using the online store's order form. Here's how to do it: Move the products you want to your shopping cart, accept the delivery terms, proceed to checkout to make your payment, fill in your contact details on the order form, choose your payment method, and go to the payment service by clicking the 'Complete Order' button. You will be directed to the payment service, where your purchase will be completed securely.

If ordering through the online store does not work for some reason, you can contact us via email (riikka@taika-korut.fi) or by phone (+358-400-499845). If your payment method is interrupted, please contact us. You will receive instructions for completing the payment from our customer service.

To place an order, you need an email address, as we will send you the order details via email. The online store will automatically send you an order confirmation with the details of your order after receiving your order. Always check the details of the order confirmation. If you notice any corrections needed in your order details or contact information, please reach out immediately via email.

All customer information is handled confidentially.

CAMPAIGN AND DISCOUNT CODES

Taika Helsinki sometimes uses campaign and discount codes. The campaign and discount code should be entered in the 'Discount Code' section on the checkout page before completing the order payment. The following rules apply to campaign and discount codes: 1) Only one campaign and discount code per order 2) The final total price with the discount is displayed in the order before payment. 3) Campaign and discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

PAYMENT AND PAYMENT METHODS

Paytrail Oyj (business ID 2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and payment service provider in collaboration with Finnish banks and financial institutions.  Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on your bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant, which is us. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license.  Payment options include online bank transfers, card payments, mobile payment methods, Collector invoice, and installment payments. ORDER DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs include postage and packaging fees. You will see the exact shipping costs after selecting your preferred payment and delivery methods for the order. You can choose the delivery method that suits you best from the available options at checkout, along with the exact delivery cost presented.

We typically ship the products in our inventory within 1-2 business days after we have received the payment for the order. We will contact you by email if there are any exceptional or changed delivery times.

Standard delivery straight to your home (4-12 business days)
We deliver products in Finland by letter post directly to your mailbox. Posti promises that deliveries will generally occur within 4 days. According to our experience, it sometimes takes longer. The delivery fee is €2.90. Shipping is free when your order is €49 or more.

Fast delivery straight to your home with a tracking code (2-4 business days)
We will send your order either as a Plus-marked letter (with tracking) or as an XXS small package, which the Post generally delivers directly to your mailbox. You will receive the tracking number for your shipment via email once your order has been packed.
- The delivery fee is €4.50 when the order value is less than €49.
- Delivery fee €2.90 when the order value is €49 or more.

We are not responsible for delays caused by overwhelming obstacles or for any indirect damages resulting from those delays. The online store informs about the exceptional delivery times on its pages.

RETURN POLICY

TAIKA jewelry comes with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. You can return the jewelry within 14 days if you wish. The product to be returned must be unused, in its original packaging, and resalable. The customer pays for the shipping cost. Before returning, please contact for further instructions riikka@taika-korut.fi.

If you return your order, the shipping costs will be refunded according to our cheapest delivery option, meaning you will only need to pay the difference between our cheapest delivery option and the delivery method you selected. If you return part of your order, shipping costs will not be refunded. If you return part of your order and the final value of your order no longer meets the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping costs for your chosen delivery method will be deducted from the refund amount.

We recommend using a return method with a tracking number, as the sender (in this case, the customer) is responsible for the return. Taika Helsinki is not responsible for lost return shipments. Use a bubble wrap or cardboard box for returns to prevent any potential dents during delivery.

Return of promotional products: If the campaign conditions are no longer met at the time of product return, any promotional product/gift included must also be returned. The returned promotional product or gift must be unused.

If the product is lost or damaged during transport, or if it does not otherwise match your order, you must report the error in writing to Taika Helsinki within 14 days.
